22 Organizations Prepare Claims To Ukraine For Cancellation Of A License For Gambling Business – Yuri Kozhema

«Now from one of the casino there is a suit on €12 million. According to my data, another 22 organizations prepare claims to ukraine and are waiting for the the €150 thouusand. For the license, did not even start working», – explains the skin.

As of 2009, the market of gambling in ukraine, said the expert with reference to the tax service, was distributed as followows: 10% – lottery, 0.7% – casino, 1.4% – box office bookmakers, the rest – slot machines.

«In 2009, casinos were the largest taxpayers from all gambling operators», – comments the chairman of the union of igor enterprises.

He also notes that 3 billion uah, provided for in the budget, will not get.

«Even if you fold the figures that are now listed in the bill, this amount fails. Perhaps it will work out 500 million uah», – adds an expert.

Indition, according to him, if you take into account the pactice of previous periods, it can be seen that even a year is not enough to create a fully working profile commission. Causes doubts from the expert and the ability to quickly implement the online monitoring system:

«The last figure, which was called in the ministry of finance, – 10 million uah. If the customer is a state, then who will finance? We understand that in the near future this figure will not be implemented».

Evaluating in the general bill no. 2285 on the legalization of gambling in ukraine, yuri kozhemaya expressed conviction – it needs to be written again.

«I counted that it – already the 37th bill, in the discussion of which i participate, but, unfortunately, it also does not solve the issue of the legalization of gambling business», – enclosed by an expert.
