Lutrinum, 1 is located on the territory of a private residential building. Including land plots and residential buildings on ul. Tallinas, 85 and ul. Mières, 111, in which the gaming halls are open, are located on the territory of the protected area of ​​the historical center of riga. Mentioned land plots and houses are also "on the territory of residential building".

"Today’s voting has proved unity of views among members of the committee of committee. Director of legal management of the riga duma, janis lesinsh pointed out at the meeting, it it planned to check the location and other game halls, and, if it does not meet the current plan of the city, this may be the basis for cancellation of permits for organizing gambling. By now, the duma has already received 43 decisions on the closure of game halls.
