ARKANSAS STAFF RACING COMMISSION OPENS ADVICE ON MOBILE SPORTS RATES

Arkansas staff racing commission is considering amending the rules to make bets on mobile sports. The commissioning will hold a 30-day period of public discussion of the proposed changes to the rules published on its website, before next meeting of the commission on december 30.

Sport rates have become legal in arkansas in 2019, but only in physical retail bookmakers. The proposed changes to the rules will allow each licensee of casinos to provide up to two sports online platforms with an individual brand, each with a mobile application. Each stage of the process requires the approval of the racing commission.

Another offer is to allown each casino licensee to provide a platform for an online sports pool with an individual brand. If members of the commission approve the proposed changes to the rules will have to give final approval be legitimate in the state.
