The regulatory authority clarified that lottery, as well as related draws and darkened lotteries, which are held during the festive period, should work in accordance with certain laws. Similar companies should be carried out exclusively for charitable purposes, not guided by personal gain.
Those organizations that sell tickets for lotteries, draws, tambolo (desktop game on lottery) outside the venue of the event, will have to get a license to the commission or register in the local authority.
Also in ukgc argue that there are limits of maximum spending for the sale of tickets for one prize. But along with this there are no limits on the number of transmitted prizes.
All tickets must have the same cost, unless they are implemented at a special event that can define them in the category of random lotteries. Enterprises that spend the lottery for their customers can not do this for their own benefit or with charitable goals. All money that was received from the sale of lottery tickets must be spent on prizes.
The commission also stated that the organizers cannot translate unallocated and unclaimed prizes to another lottery only if they did not conduct a license or according to registration in local authorities.
Recall, in brazil is coming an increase in the cost of lottery products.
