Bulgarian Online Gembling Sector On Lifting

During the first nine months of 2018, the amount of tax deductions from bulgarian online gambling organizers increased by 17% compared to the same period last year.

The total amount of tax deductions of online gambling operators amounted to €57 million. It contributed to the economic growth of the country, as the bulgarian trading association of manufacturers and operators of the igor region (btamoi).

«During 2017/2018, the gambling-industry of bulgaria showed very good results at the national level, based on the increase in the country’s economic efficiency», – noted in btamoi.

According to the forecasts of financial experts, the economy of bulgaria will grow by 3.6% this year. One of the reasons for such a significant increase is the weighty contribution of online gambling operators, the second – implementation of innovative technologies.

Segment of gambling online games is about 10% of the total market of gembling in the country. Nine monhs before september 30, the amount of sector revenues was €89 million. This is 30% higher than for the seme period last year of tourists from turkey, which also influenced the casino-industry.
