The representative must reside in denmark or, if the representative is a legal entity, the company must be founded in denmark or another eu or ues country. The appointed representative shold be approved by denmark gambling.

Owners of licenses registered in the uk after the end of the transition period are responsible for complying with the regulator’s requirements by their representative in connection with their danish license if these circumstances are changed due to brexit, or take measures to meet the requirements of the danish regulator.
