Dutch Gambling Regulator Reveals Operators Who Have Not Paid Fines
Dutch gambling regulator kansspelautoriteit (ksa) threatens to publish information about operators who shy away from paying fines. According to representatives of the department, this will allow users to identify illegal websites.

If the operator does not pay the penalty, ksa launches the recovery procedure. The regulator also publishes all topical information about the process on its website. In january 2021, online gambling market should be launched in the netherlands. The decision was approved by the senate of the country in february.
