Hearing The Case Of Sanctions Against “M.From.L.”Postponed The Fourth Time

Consideration of the statement of the statement of the lottery operator «m.From.L.» against government agencies the highest administrative court of ukraine tolerates the fourth time. This is reported by unn.

Court session on the suit of the station operator of the lottery «m.From.L.» the government agencies for the introduction of sanctions were scheduled for june 2, 2016, since the republic of ukraine (sbu) was attracted as a third party on the respondent’s side.

The case of the case was postponed by june 9, 2016 due to the fact that have time to familiarize themselves with the materials of the case and submitted a pitition for the continuation of the trial in a closed form.

The first meeting was scheduled for april 14, 2016.

Sanctions against the company were introduced in september 2015. Because of this account «m.From.L.» were frozen, and the company could not pay taxes in the budget of ukraine.
