• Fixed number of licenses, the total value of which will be determined using electronic auctions;
• Introduction of the approprite gambling authority. Despite the fact that the main goal of the draft law is to bring the country’s illegal business from the shade and replenishing the budget of ukraine, the current picture makes think about how much it is possible.

The project also has both the requirements for the launch of such a business. Namely:

• The statutory provider of the gambling point must have a fund of 30 million hryvnias
• The area of ​​the gaming hall of the casino should be 500 m², a gambling hall – 300 m²;
• The system of online monitoring of the state tax service must be connected to gambling equipment. Installation data (cash online winnings, accepted rates) are thus under the supervision of the authority.

Such tough conditions can significantly slow down the opening of legal establishments and provoke attempts to bypass the law, opening the casino illegally, especially in the environment of those institutions that were in the shadow of all previous years.
