In The Ukrainian Draft Law On Legalization There Is No Tax Information

The draft law, legalizing gambling in ukraine, does not contain any information about the settlement of the taxation of the gambling industry. Interesting fact noted ukrainian journalist yuri nikolov.

The funds collected as license payments will enter the special fund, adds a journalist. In this case, part of the money will be spent on ensuring the work of the regulatory body – for example, at the salary of specialists. The remaining funds will be aimed at maintaining sports and cultural projects. However, in the draft law there is no clearly prescribed list of social projects that can be financed by the income from gambling business.

In addition, the bill, according to yuri, does not contain the features of the accrual of local taxes.
