India’S Largest Gambling Operator Became Part Of The Fantasy-Sport Industry
Indian gambling company delta corporation announced the acquisition of 31,994 shares of chaleaplay technologies – founder halapley, site about fantasy sport.
Acquisition of almost 32 thousand. Shares is 15.5% of the total weight of the securities of halaption. Agreement will be finally fixed on may 1.
As part of the guassian networks private limited transaction – delta subsidiary – translates its division of fantasy sports in halapley. This will give gaussian extra 4.03% shares of halaption.
Delta’s desire to join fantasy sports is not surprising with the fact that kae capital and nazara games have already invested in the development of a platform for fantasy sports platform.
