At the conference dedicated to the problems of electronic currency, alexey lugovoy said the following:

Its goal is to consolidate the efforts of scientists and practitioners in terms of assessing the prospects for legal regulation of electronic money.

«Currently, the working party wants to discuss possible strategies for legalizing the electronic currency with the identification of those technical parameters to which it must match», – stressed meadow.
