Lottery Operators Are Interested In The Destruction Of The Illegal Market – Bockovsky

Andrei bockovsky, general director of unl, denied the assumptions of journalists about the extent of the distribution of the distribution of ludomania in ukraine, the relationship of licensees for the illegal market and the dynamics of increasing the number of lottery items.

Bockovsky declares that the research of the number of the ukrainians suffering from gambling addiction, – less than 2%, which, in turn, is an average indicator for developed countries in europe. At the same time, the general director of unl does not refuse that lottery companies must be socially responsible.

General director unl also adds that the illegal market – the problem for licensees is at least because it constitutes a competitive offer, free from compliance with any standards, and deprives legitimate earnings.

The recipe for the struggle against an illegal gambling market, according to bockovsky, is simple and lies in tough regulation and competent rules for the work of legal business.
