Key challenge of the employee: to establish from zero rehevoous for information sites in the direction of gembling, during the year to create a base from a half-million audience, where 50% of users will become permanent.

What functions provides position:

  • Organization of the workflow from scratch;
  • Creation, categorization of the customer base;
  • Analysis of communication and feedback with customers on standard channels (messengers, chat, push, sms, e-mail);
  • Bringing client visits to registration;
  • Heated the project audience for active actions in relation to partner companies;
  • Creation and control of chain elements in crm systems;
  • Work in a bundle with copywriters and designers in order to produce quality content;
  • Analysis of the work of competing companies, the use of their effective mechanisms in their work;
  • Evaluation of the performance of communication channels with users by key web metrics (delivery & open rate, ctr) and business indicators (profits, number of orders, turnover);
  • Creation of travel units;
  • Writing speech modules for communications with users;
  • Control of the communication of the sapport in chat rooms and correspondence;
  • Itp formation for vip users;
  • The formation of tk aimed at increasing conversion.

What requirements are presented to candidates:

  • Experience in a similar position from 1 year, preferably in the field of gambling, betting, financial investment;
  • Experience with crm;
  • Analytic mind;
  • Skills for working with sms sending services, push, e-mail;
  • Understanding retention metric (crr, churn rate, lt, ltv);
  • Experience in setting analytics and data processing systems.
