Russian Pressident Ruled A New Lumen Order

The head of state was granted a list of instructions to the cabinet of ministers of the russian federation. In the need to determine and introduce the procedure for the use of target deductions from lotteries.

The statement occurred on october 10 during the meeting of the cooncil, which is engaged in issues of physical culture and sports in the country.

On the instructions, specifically on this issue it is clarified that members of the government, as well as the executive authorities, should consider the task relating to the use of lottery deductions, which were conducted under the guidance of the ministry of sports of the country. Executions shold be used for financial supporti for building events, as well as upgrading and updating sports in order to improve the quality and popularity of domestic sports.
