Russians Will No Longer Be Able To Maket Rates For Children And Youth Compettions

The law on the binding of rates for children and youth competitions was adopted on december 4 in the third reading.

Intitition to the branch of receiving rates for youth sports compettions, the initiative obliges the bookmakers and totals to convey to the knowedge of the proveyn sports league information about the least probable rates.

The law also assumes that from now on the organizers of gambling are obliged to coordinate the use of official symbols and the names of sports competitions with russian sports federations. For its part, sports federations undertake to publish on their official sites a list of agreements concluded from bc, as well as information on cash received as targeted deductions from gambling business and information about their redistribution. Information should be provided until march 31, following the reporting.

The right to approve the procedure for concluding agreements between the bc and sports federations belongs to the maxport.
