The draft law implies the deductions to the organizers of gambling in the amount of 5% of the income of bookmakers and tote in the federal budget of the russian federation. Target payments will be sent to the support of the development of physical culture and sports.

Previously, oleg zhuravsky, the president of the first sro bookmakers, said that in case of clarification of the initiative of the ministry of finance on supporting sports by bookmakers in the form of deductions in the amount of 3% of the total volume of all pleasant bets, the bookmakers threatens liquidation.
