The resolution of the scientific and practical conference on cryptovayatee recommends that the state duma, the central bank and the profile ministries pay close attention to the application of the blockchain technology in the banking, financial, insurance, social and other fields of the economy, the agency reports «moscow».

In particular, the event decided to intensify the work of the interdepartmental working group in the state duma, evaluating the advantages of the turnover of cryptocurrency. It should develop a single concept of mechanisms for walking cryptocurrency and on this basis to provide recommendations for improving current legislation to implement blockchain.

«It is recommended to determine the parameters of the legitimacy of cryptocurrencies with the subsequent testing of the technique of its turnover; initiate the development of the question of the legal status of cryptocurrency in international organizations in order to develop a unified international strategy for its regulation», — emphasized in resolution.

The resolution of the conference participants, in particular, focuses on the prospects of block chains technology in terms of the development of socially oriented projects (registration of the right, registries, insurance, the creation of a voting system).

The analytical materials of the conference will be sent to the presidential administration of the russian federation, federal bodies to study issues related to the benefits and risks of the use of cryptocurrency.
