The purpose of the bill – protect citizens from participation in financial pyramids and cash loss.

The new bill provides for a number of changes to the civil procedure code (ccp), as well as the law «on information, information technologies and information protection».

Thus, the central bank will have the right to make decisions on pre-trial blocking of resources that violate the legislation.

Under the bill, resources will be asked to publish advertising financial pyramids, entering the confusion, promising large incomes in the short term.

In addition, the document will apply to the sites providing information that allows you to get illegal access to financial and credit institutions.

Earlier, the state duma took in the first reading a bill on payment of compensation to residents of closing gambling zones.
