Ukrainian Deputy Suggested A New Draft Law On Gambling Business

A new bill no. 4663-1 was registered in the verkhovna rada of ukraine «on the detection of the gambling market in ukraine», the initiator of which was the people’s deputy igor golotok.

In accordance with the new regulatory legal act, only ukrainian companies will be able to open casinos in ukraine. License for gambling in the casino will be issued at least 15 years. It is also proposed to open 1 casino for 300 thousand. Population population in regional centers.

The draft law allows gambling on the internet, as well as receiving rates and pay wins in betting.

The bill suggests that the lottery market will only be available to government operators. However, it is allowed to carry out lotteries on the internet, as well as the installation of electronic terminals.

The previous version of the project of the law on igor business was presented by the prime minister of ukraine vladimir groysman in may 2016.
